Head and shoulders from £500
3/4 length from £750
Full length from £1000
Double portrait from £ 1500
Please note:
All prices will be agreed, in advance, and a price for the work submitted before any work begins. A deposit of 50% of the total agreed price would be required before work commences.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Medium
All paintings are oil or acrylic on canvas.
Framing
If a painting is not already framed it can be provided unframed. Framing which you require me to have done on your behalf is charged at cost.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that I don't usually paint from photographs UNLESS I the photograph is of sufficiently high quality - and there are good reasons not to paint fromn life!
I live and work in Southern Finland and I prefer that sittings are completed in my studio.
A sitter's home - if it is in a location which I can easily reach and offers the right sort of light and environment - may also be used.
I am happy to travel reasonable distances!
PORTRAIT SESSIONS
All times are approximate but, as a guide total sitting times are:
Head and shoulders 6 - 8 hours
3/4 length 8 - 10 hours
Full length 10 - 12 hours
Double portrait 10 - 14 hours
GUARANTEE
I guarantee that any portrait painted by me will be a true likeness of the sitter.
If the commissioner does not think so any payment made will be returned - in full - and the painting will be retained by me.
